1. Eligibility: The giveaways hosted by PopuGamer, Inc. on PopuGamer.com are open to residents of the fifty United States of America and the District of Columbia, unless otherwise noted. Employees and spouses of employees of PopuGamer, Inc. are not eligible to enter. Regional, National, and US laws apply where applicable.

2. No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is necessary to enter any PopuGamer, Inc. contest.

3. Agreement: By entering any contests on this website, you agree to adhere to these set of rules, else entries are subject to disqualification.

4. Entries: Eligible entries are subject to these rules and any additional rules attached to specific contests.

5. Selection of Winners: Winners of random contests will be chosen at random through the use of random.org based on number of eligible entries. Each entry will be assigned a number, and a random number will be chosen as the winner(s).

Winners of submission-specific contests, such as media, image, or video entry, or other entries where specific submissions are required, or "best of" contests, will be selected by staff of PopuGamer at their discretion, unless otherwise noted.

6. Media Entries: By submitting images, information, or names/addresses to PopuGamer, Inc. you agree to allow the company and its affiliates to use these submissions, along with your name and any pertinent information specified in the post, an irrevocable, perpetual and royalty-free right to use, reproduce, edit, display, transmit, prepare derivative works of, modify, publish and otherwise make use of the submitted photo or other information in any and all media, whether now known or hereinafter created, throughout the world and for any purpose, as well as to modify or affix logos to these submissions as needed.

7. Prizes: Prizes will be outlined in the contest's rules, and will be mailed within 6-8 weeks after the close of the project, unless otherwise noted. Conditions of prizes are as-is, and PopuGamer, Inc. and any of its affiliates are not responsible for the conditions, and are not responsible for damages via shipping or delivery.

8. Rights of PopuGamer, Inc.: PopuGamer, Inc. and its affiliates have the right to refuse entries based on eligibility or their discretion, require modifications these rules if specified in the contests, and delay, postpone, or cancel contests.

9. Lists of Winners: All entrants and website visitors have the right to request a list of all winning entries for contests that they entered into.
