Pros: Risk, the original war game for your PC. Personally I think this game is a lot of fun. You can play single player or with friends. The fight scenes show little men and cannons shooting at each other. Also there is online functionality.

The single player is a my favorite aspect of the game and is so much more then the board game. You can play World Domination and in classic Risk fashion conquer the whole world. World Domination can also be set to win at 24, 50, or 75%. Equally entertaining is Mission Risk. In this mode your given a task which you must complete to win the game. The task can be anything from world domination to the holding of a single territory for a certain amount of turns.

Instead of playing the computer you can play against up to 7 friends.This while usually making the game more difficult also turn computer gaming into a social activity. You can play any either game mode and can play against one another or on teams. I have not personally tried the online aspect so I can not comment on it. This game is not for everyone, but if you enjoy Risk you'll enjoy it even more on the computer.

Pros: Mirrors Edge is really a one of a kind video game. There really is no other game like it. You play as Faith, and your overall mission is to clear your sisters name in a murder she was framed for. What really unique about this game though is that it is First-Person Parkour.(Free Running) There is some combat but usually in a fight-or-flight situation you get out of there.

The game is almost perfect visually. A beautiful color scheme was chosen and the graphics are absolutely stunning. This combined with the high-flying maneuvers and other acrobatics makes Mirrors Edge truly captivating to watch.

The controls were very interesting and took some getting used to. However once comfortable with the controls the movement can be very fluid and so cool to watch. The combat controls I found to be a bit easier to grasp then the movement. While not a predominantly combat orientated game, you still get to pull-off some neat disarms and other acrobatic attacks.

Cons: While unique Mirrors Edge was very flawed. The controls were extremely difficult for many to get the hang of, causing a lot of people to not even give this game a chance. Also there were small things like the lack of realism in combat damage due to this being a T for Teen game. Certain aspects of the game like the disarms could be a little touchy causing huge frustration when you die near the end of a level. That frustration was only increased by checkpoints that I thought were sometimes too far apart.

To summarize Mirrors Edge is a one of a kind game and deserves a playthrough. It is visually stunning and based on a very interesting concept. Getting a firm grasp on the controls also can be a bit of a task. However if you push on through I guarantee you will enjoy it. This game is not perfect and maybe a little repetitive, but it is so unique it absolutely warrants a playthrough.

Pros: Final Fantasy, the original. I think back to being a lot younger playing this on the NES. It was great then and it's great now. I never would have thought as a child though I'd be able to carry it in my pocket. I personally beat it on an iPhone but it's available on most mobile phones and the PSP.(Just to list the mobile ones.) It is an exact remake of the original and is a lot of fun. I've killed my phones battery playing it a few times now.

Just like in the original you start off as the four young Warriors of Light. The main goal of the game is of course to find all four elemental crystals. You accomplish this by going on a long quest. The map is huge as far as iPhone games go and you can travel by land, water, or airship. There are six classes to choose from and countless weapons and other upgrades. All of these traits give this mobile game surprising replay value.

To summarize Final Fantasy(Mobile) could be the best $7 I ever spent. The game is long and has a replay value not many other mobile games can compare too. The visuals are bright and look great due to advancements in modern technology. It really is my number one ranked mobile game.
