Pros: Continuing on the "Oh snap! This takes me back!" theme from last week's entry, X-Men the arcade game was another example why I love the arcade, as well as these types of games that show what classic multiplayer is all about. In the vein of such arcade favorites like The Simpsons, you choose as either Cyclops, Storm, Wolverine, Nightcrawler, Jubilee, or Colossus, and use your appropriate abilities on the endless army of sentinel robots that disrupt you and the rest of your teammates in your journey to beat the all-synonymous "bad guy", whom I can't remember exactly, but it's the general object of the game, so what else is new. This game was a precursor to some of the more interactive multiplayer games that probably feature more superpower abilities as well as general fighting abilities. Although, at the time this was released, I was impressed at Storm's cyclone and Cyclops' optic blast...
Cons: There could've been a more expansive story and more of a variety of characters to choose from, but from when this was released, it was a pretty damn good game.

I'm pretty sure if I were to be playing this now, all my 5 year-old feelings would come rushing back. I could hear those chimes from the pinball machines nearby already.
