Pros: Worms 2: Armageddon is a physics-based shooter that pits two worms against one another in a battle to the death. While this wasn't a game that I particularly liked, I can see how many would enjoy the slapstick violence and utter hilarity of worms throwing nukes and grenades at each other. Throw in the amusing sound effects and landscapes (which include giant football helmets and taxi cabs), and you've got yourself a solid multiplayer game for fans of the Ridiculous Games genre.

Cons: I like humor in games just as much as the next guy, but Worms 2 was a little over the top for me and didn't do enough to mask the monotony of the core game. Worms 2 is pretty much just a skinned Tank Wars, which was a fun game in 1990, but you'd expect a little more innovation in Worms 2, given that the Worms series has been out since 1995! Armageddon is just another way to milk more money out of the franchise, and the iOS port is a poor rendition, with controls that are unintuitive and, frankly, annoying to use.
